Blu-Fire was created to share our love of Caribbean and Southern American Food. After a rocky start at some major music festivals, we settled at the St Nicholas Market Outdoor Street Food weekly markets, and regularly traded at some wonderful events and food festivals throughout the South West, until our recent move to Brislington Hill.

We take classic dishes and add a modern twist with our own signature sauces, marinades and rubs. All our recipes are made with traditional herbs and spices to produce an authentic aroma and flavour. Our meat is free range, farm assured or organic and other produce are locally sourced and ethical.

Primary cuts are sourced by our local butcher which is cooked low and slow for a truly 
authentic experience.
